Siegfried AG is seeking a Global Automation Lead to define and execute the corporate automation blueprint across its global CDMO network. The role focuses on transforming sites into integrated facilities and managing lifecycle planning for automation assets.

Lead cross-site standardization, drive AI/IIoT-enabled optimization, and collaborate with IT/OT teams to bridge software and steel. Strong leadership and multi-site experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering or related field with strong software/control focus.
• 12–15 years of automation leadership in regulated biopharma/CDMO environments.
• Experience across multi-site automated systems including DCS/MES deployments.
• Deep knowledge of CSV, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11 and Data Integrity.

Aufgaben

• Design and drive the global automation roadmap across the CDMO network.
• Create standardized, recipe-driven automation architecture for cross-site tech transfers.
• Audit and map lifecycle state of process control systems; plan capital replacements.
• Partner with Global Project Delivery during FEL for expansions to align with standards.
• Collaborate with IT/OT to ensure seamless vertical integration.
• Implement OT cyber security frameworks to protect the manufacturing network.
• Lead a network of Site Automation Heads with unified standards and training.
