Zusammenfassung

BSI Life Sciences is expanding its global reach and seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager. You will identify new opportunities with CROs, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies and build lasting relationships with decision-makers across senior teams.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success, and contribute market insights to our roadmap. Flexible hours and European remote work available.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of successful B2B sales experience within life sciences.
• Experience selling to CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical companies.
• Established professional network within the clinical research ecosystem.
• A consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities with CROs, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across commercial, operational, and executive teams.
• Manage the entire sales cycle; from first conversation through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Represent BSI Life Sciences at industry conferences, networking events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure an outstanding customer experience and bring market feedback into our product roadmap.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting and business planning.
