Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to spearhead European growth in a remote, international capacity. This senior role reports to executive leadership and focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business, while strengthening strategic client relationships across biotech and pharma.

It will drive commercial expansion across designated markets, including Europe, with a remote-based arrangement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in business development within CDMO/pharmaceutical services.
• Network in European GLP-1 peptide sales.
• Demonstrated track record closing complex, high-value technical service agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Collaborate with technical, project management, operations and executive teams.
• Represent the company at conferences and client meetings.
