Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Technical Executive to act as a trusted advisor at the intersection of enterprise tech and business strategy. You will align with AEs and CSMs to accelerate deals, translate complex digital transformations into high-value engagements, and drive long‑term platform adoption and market leadership.

You will lead executive discovery sessions, craft ROI/TCO models, and articulate a compelling vision across life sciences accounts with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical-related field, engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
• 10%–50% travel across Europe; EU/EEA passport or residency with work permissions.
• Proficiency in English; second language: German, French, Italian, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisory relationships with C-suite and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AEs to qualify accounts, plan territory, and drive engagements.
• Bridge pre-sales vision and post-sale value with CSMs for adoption and expansion.
• Lead global technology strategies and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Translate architectures into business value and ROI narratives for boards.
• Create go-to-market strategies and present transformation roadmaps to executives.
• Drive opportunity qualification and account strategy using established methodologies.
• Demonstrate high-level value demos and maintain awareness of assets.
• Contribute to win strategies and key engagement metrics.
