Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to head the European BD team for a global CDMO focused on complex biomedicines. The role emphasizes hands-on win-rate with mid-to-large pharma, especially GLP-1 programs, and strategic growth in designated markets.

The successful candidate will drive opportunity identification, qualification, and contract negotiations, partnering with leadership to accelerate commercial expansion across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharmaceutical services sectors.
• Network/track record in European GLP-1 peptide sales.
• Proven success in closing complex, high-value technical service agreements.
• Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute European BD strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth objectives.
• Win new business and manage relationships with mid-to-large pharma.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Collaborate with technical, project management, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings.
