Wemedoo AG is seeking an independent Business Development Director to drive growth across the EMEA region in a remote capacity. The role focuses on defining and executing a successful GTM strategy, lead generation, and closing high-value deals with CROs, pharma, biotech, and sponsors.

The ideal candidate brings a proven SaaS BD track record, strong enterprise sales experience in Life Sciences, and exceptional communication with senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record in SaaS business development and enterprise sales within Life Sciences.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Existing network within the Life Sciences ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success independently generating and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and build relationships with life sciences organizations.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Position Wemedoo as the go-to solution for clinical data flows.
• Deliver market and competitive insights to refine positioning with internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads.
