Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to direct our European BD efforts from a remote position. You will drive growth in the GLP-1 space, win new business with mid-to-large pharma, and strengthen strategic client relationships across Europe.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will lead the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in BD within CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharma services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to hit revenue targets.
• Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Represent the organization at conferences and client meetings.
• Collaborate with technical, project management, and operations teams.
