Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmBH is seeking a Senior Apple Platform Architect / L3 Engineer for Basel to design, manage and optimize enterprise Apple platforms and services.

You will provide L3 support for macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Apple devices, oversee device lifecycle, security and compliance, and collaborate with security, infrastructure and workplace teams using Jamf, Intune and Apple Business Manager in a Basel onsite environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Apple enterprise platforms / L3 engineering.
• Strong expertise in macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Apple ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong knowledge of MDM, security, compliance, and enterprise device management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of MDM, security, compliance, and enterprise device management
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
