You will install and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office, Cisco Jabber, and support Apple macOS users The position requires several years of IT experience, a valid work permit in Switzerland, and is based on-site in Luzern.

Qualifikationen

• Must have hands-on troubleshooting experience across Windows and macOS
• Experience handling help desk tickets and user support workflows
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and devices

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed
• Communicate issue status and resolution in a timely manner
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office, and related applications
• Support Mac OS for Apple PC users as needed
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation problems
