Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH in Zurich is seeking an IT Support Specialist for on-site duties. You will provide first- and second-level support, manage incidents via ticketing systems, and coordinate with third‑party vendors on AV issues.

The role requires German and English fluency (minimum B2), several years in IT, and a valid Swiss work permit. You will support Windows, Office, Cisco Jabber, macOS users, and printers/hardware in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Fluency in German & English language (Min B2 Level).

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
