Migros Online in Zurich is seeking a senior Growth/CRM leader to own activation and new-customer growth. You will set ambitious targets, design activation journeys, and run experiments that turn first orders into repeated habits.

You will work across Product, Data and Operations to optimize journeys, track metrics, and scale successful playbooks across regions. Fluency in English and German is expected, with French as an advantageous plus.

Competenze

• Min. 5 years in Growth, CRM or lifecycle marketing in e-commerce/digital products.
• Owned acquisition or activation KPIs and driven measurable growth.
• Proven experimentation track record with hypotheses and data-driven decisions.
• Think in growth loops and customer journeys, not just campaigns.
• Own a metric, anticipate issues and make clear recommendations.
• Experience building journeys, segments and tests in a customer engagement platform.
• Familiar with events, tracking, funnels and conversion rates; comfortable with dashboards.

Mansioni

• Own strategic new-customer growth and activation end to end: set targets, build the roadmap and be measured on new-customer volume, acquisition cost, early repeat rates and customer value.
• Win the right customers in the regions where growth makes sense.
• Ship experiments within 90 days across channels, offers and activation journeys and scale successful approaches.
• Build activation journeys in our CEP: triggers, incentives and messages that turn a first order into a habit.
• Use cohort data and insights to identify drop-offs and turn findings into priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Operations to lift activation and align demand with delivery capacity per region.
