You work closely with engineers on tracking and CAC/payback discussions, shaping our lifecycle marketing with first-party data. You will lead funnel optimization, run experiments, and extend our martech stack with partners, all while keeping our privacy-by-design promise at the

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on growth marketing experience.
• Strong focus on marketing-driven revenue and business outcomes.
• Technical understanding of CDPs, no‑code platforms, analytics, and tag management.
• High fluency in web technologies and how they affect conversion and measurement.
• AI literacy and knowledge of relevant tools in marketing workflows.
• Comfort with CAC, LTV, retention, cohort analysis, attribution, and experiments.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve funnel conversion across the entire journey, from first touchpoint to paying customer.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments to lift conversion rates and turn results into repeatable practice.
• Explore, validate and prioritise new growth measures across the funnel and lifecycle.
• Drive build-out of martech stack as backbone for lifecycle marketing with partners.
• Automate marketing processes to increase efficiency and speed of daily execution.
• Maintain end-to-end customer journey view and improve it with data insights.
• Identify and implement growth hacks delivering quick, measurable impact.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise as the team grows.
