Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions, a leading CDMO-focused search partner, seeks a Senior Business Development Lead to direct European growth in the GLP-1 space. The role oversees a mature BD team and drives new business with mid-to-large pharma, forging strategic client relationships across Europe and beyond.

The senior leader will partner with executive teams to shape revenue strategy, manage complex service agreements, and expand market share in GLP-1 manufacturing. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European business development strategy.
• Win new business and manage key pharma accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in Europe and global markets.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from lead gen to contract execution.
