Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners seeks a Senior Business Development Lead to head the Europe BD team for a rapidly growing CDMO focused on complex bio molecules. The role requires hands-on win-rate in mid-to-large pharma, especially GLP-1 spaces, and involves broad strategic development and client leadership.

Based remotely with travel, you will drive new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with global leadership to expand market share across European territories and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharmaceutical services sectors.
• Proven record of closing complex, high-value technical service agreements.
• European GLP-1 peptide sales network/track record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution.
• Represent the company at conferences and client meetings.
