Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions, part of Syneos Health, seeks a Senior Business Development Lead to steer the European BD team in expanding GLP-1 manufacturing services for biotech and pharma clients. This remotely based role reports to executive leadership and requires a proven ability to close complex deals with mid‑to‑large pharma.

You will build strategy, manage key accounts across Europe, oversee the full sales cycle, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to align offerings with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharma services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Win new business and manage existing relations with medium to large pharma.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients within Europe and beyond.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution.
• Expand and deepen relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with technical, project management, operations and executive teams for alignment.
• Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM.
