Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions, a Syneos Health company, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive European business development for GLP-1 and other pharma services. You will lead a seasoned BD team, pursue new business with mid-to-large pharma, and strengthen relationships with existing clients across biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

The role requires hands-on win capability, strategic leadership, and the ability to expand in designated international markets including Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in CDMO/pharma services BD in Europe is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with technical, project management and operations teams.
• Win new business with mid-to-large pharma and manage key strategic accounts.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients within Europe and global markets; manage full sales lifecycle from lead to contract.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates; support pricing and negotiations.
