TSP Talent Solutions, on behalf of a globally recognised CDMO, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive Europe-wide business development in the GLP-1 space. This is the most senior role in Europe, leading an established BD team and reporting to executive leadership.

The position is remote, requiring significant international travel, with no sponsorship or relocation offered. You will identify, pursue, and secure new business with mid-to-large pharma, deepen strategic client relationships, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in business development within CDMO or pharma services.
• Network in European GLP-1 peptide sales is a plus.
• Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to achieve revenue growth.
• Lead the BD team and align with global leadership on market share.
• Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharma.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in Europe and beyond.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Expand relationships with strategic accounts and provide forecast reporting.
