Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth across Europe. This remote role focuses on identifying and securing new business with mid-to-large pharma, especially in the GLP-1 space, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

The role reports to executive leadership and requires travel domestically and internationally. Fluency in multiple European languages is a plus, and sponsorship/relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Win new business with mid-large pharma, especially GLP-1 space.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with strategic accounts across biotech and pharma.
• Collaborate with technical, project management, and operations teams for client satisfaction.
