Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of the Enterprise Risk Suite across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You’ll engage CROs, CFOs, and risk leaders to position a unified risk platform that modernises regulatory and risk data infrastructure.

This senior, quota-carrying role requires consultative selling, multi-stakeholder engagement, and a track record of closing large enterprise deals with financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise software sales experience in enterprise risk, regulatory tech, analytics, fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial risk, risk modelling, regulatory frameworks, or enterprise risk management.
• Experience selling to banks and regulated financial institutions with multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Open strategic opportunities and close transformational deals in the DACH region.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to contract.
• Build business cases showing ROI and risk transformation value.
• Engage CROs, CFOs, COOs, and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Risk SMEs and Delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
