FIS is seeking an experienced Sales Executive Lead for the MyDesq platform to expand our footprint across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will target asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, and family offices, driving new logos and cost-optimisation initiatives in a hybrid Zurich work setting.

This role focuses on consultative, value-driven engagements, building ROI cases, and partnering with product, presales, and delivery teams to deliver transformation-led solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (Swiss German preferred) and English.
• Proven track record selling technology or fintech solutions into Swiss financial institutions.
• Strong network within Swiss wealth management, private banking, asset management, and/or family office community.
• Proven success in proactive new business acquisition and territory development.
• Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Proven success selling enterprise technology, SaaS, fintech, workspace, or market data solutions.

Aufgaben

• Win new logos across wealth management, asset management, private banking, and family office segments.
• Develop and execute a targeted territory strategy focused on Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Lead consultative, value-driven sales engagements by uncovering challenges such as rising market data costs and fragmented environments.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Build ROI-driven business cases focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
