Jobgether is seeking a Director of Sales to spearhead growth across Eastern Europe for digital banking and fintech solutions from Switzerland. You will own regional revenue, craft go-to-market strategies, and close complex enterprise deals with senior banking executives, while leading cross-functional teams and partners.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong banking networks, and the ability to drive digital transformation through ROI-driven business cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software/fintech sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
• Strong relationships with mid-tier banks in target regions.
• Expertise in value-based selling, forecasting, and account management.
• Experience managing regional SI/consulting partners.
• Fluency in English; regional language skills preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales strategy and revenue targets for Eastern Europe.
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecast.
• Lead full enterprise sales cycles from qualification to closure.
• Engage with C-suite banking executives to drive digital transformation.
• Build partner ecosystem with SI and advisory firms.
• Create ROI-based business cases and manage complex proposals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing, and partners.
