Jobgether is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead to own technical delivery for a Switzerland-based project. You will enhance the CRM platform, primarily Dynamics 365 Sales, while guiding best practices and mentoring teammates.

Join a small development team in an internationally oriented setting, with NDA in place and opportunities to influence architecture, standards, and release processes while contributing hands-on development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance CRM solutions: design, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with focus on Sales.
• Deliver new functionality translating business requirements into CRM features and customizations.
• Maintain and optimize the existing platform and configurations for reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Support system integrations with external apps and marketing platforms.
• Participate in Agile delivery with sprint planning, testing and releases.
• Contribute to release management and deployment processes.
