Job summary

AlpineReach Solutions in Switzerland is seeking a technically strong leader to take ownership of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for an international, engineering‑driven environment. You will shape the platform’s long‑term evolution, define standards around ALM, Git, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring and security, and guide external partners where needed.

The role requires hands‑on experience with Dataverse, model‑driven apps, Power Automate, and custom APIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform incl. Dataverse and model-driven apps.
• Strong integration and API experience (REST/OData, Dataverse Web API).
• Experience with ALM, Git, CI/CD, testing and security practices.
• Solution design and technical architecture leadership.
• Nice to have Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and guide product evolution.
• Establish architecture, ALM, Git, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring and security standards.
• Coordinate with external partners to implement and scale the platform.
• Ensure the platform is managed as a coherent product across global offices.
