Job summary

ELCA in French-speaking Switzerland (Lausanne or Geneva) seeks a Senior CRM Consultant to drive Dynamics 365 CE projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, lead workshops, and manage end-to-end delivery from design through go-live while mentoring junior consultants.

You will work in a hybrid setup with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with project managers, architects and developers across ELCA’s centers, and contribute to the growth of the Dynamics 365 CRM practice in the region.

Qualifications

• At least ten years implementing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM in a service provider.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with business and IT stakeholders.
• Expertise in at least two Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, CS, Marketing, Field Service, or Project Ops.
• Familiar with Power Platform; AI/Copilot in Dynamics 365 is a plus; ERP integration experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Business IT or related field.
• Recent Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, PL-200) are assets.
• Strong business analysis, workshop facilitation, UAT, and Agile delivery with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• You act as a trusted advisor aligning business objectives with Dynamics 365 across engagements.
• You lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and design target solutions.
• You serve as Functional Lead handling design, testing, data migration, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• You advise on digitalizing and automating sales, marketing and service interactions including AI integration.
• You contribute to pre-sales: scoping, effort estimation, proposals, demos and prototypes.
• You collaborate with ELCA project managers, architects, and developers including near/offshore teams.
• You coach junior consultants and contribute to the Dynamics 365 CRM practice in French-speaking Switzerland.
