Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager based in Switzerland. You will lead complex ERP implementations, coordinating with international teams and clients to ensure delivery meets objectives, deadlines, and budgets in a fully remote environment.

You will drive project strategy, manage risks, and build strong client relationships while contributing to pre-sales and program governance across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Dynamics 365 F&O or large ERP projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex ERP programs.
• Excellent communication across time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects within strategic programs or oversee large-scale ERP implementations from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by collaborating with solution architects to prepare budgets and high-level plans.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clear responsibilities across teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to maximize performance.
• Take accountability for delivery, ensuring milestones meet budget and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and align stakeholders on project status and risks.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee project financial performance and prepare regular financial reports for management.
• Provide transparent progress updates to clients and internal teams.
