Job summary

ELCA Information Technology Ltd. is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) to lead customer engagement projects in French-speaking Switzerland. The role combines strategy, workshop leadership, and hands-on solution design within a hybrid work model (Lausanne or Geneva).

You will drive pre-sales, align business objectives with Dynamics 365 capabilities, and mentor junior consultants while collaborating with near/offshore teams across ELCA.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations in a service provider context.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with business and IT stakeholders.
• In-depth Dynamics 365 CE knowledge across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service or Project Operations.
• Experience with Power Platform; AI/Copilot familiarity is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira and agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor aligning business objectives with Dynamics 365 solutions throughout engagements.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to map processes and design target functional solutions.
• Serve as Functional Lead: design, development follow-up, testing, data migration, training, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Advise on automating sales, marketing and service interactions, including AI/Copilot integration.
• Contribute to pre-sales: scope, effort estimation, proposals, demos and prototypes.
• Collaborate with ELCA architects and developers, and mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to the growth of the Dynamics 365 CRM practice in French-speaking Switzerland.
