Job summary

ELCA Group seeks a Senior CRM Consultant to drive complex Dynamics 365 CE engagements in French-speaking Switzerland (Lausanne or Geneva) with a hybrid work model. You will lead workshops, design functional solutions, and guide projects from pre-sales to deployment, leveraging Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.

The role requires at least ten years of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE / CRM in a service provider context.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with business/IT stakeholders.
• Expertise in at least two Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations).
• Familiarity with Power Platform; AI/Copilot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor aligning business objectives with Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and design target solutions.
• Serve as Functional Lead, managing design, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
• Advise on digitizing and automating sales, marketing, and service interactions; explore AI integrations.
