Job summary

ELCA Group seeks a Senior CRM Consultant to drive complex Dynamics 365 CE engagements in French-speaking Switzerland (Lausanne or Geneva) with a hybrid work model. Senior CRM Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Workplace: French-speaking Switzerland (Lausanne or Geneva), hybrid working model.

A core focus of our activities is the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations) and the Power Platform, helping our clients modernize their customer interactions, digitalize their customer relationships and automate them with AI. To strengthen our CRM team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Consultant who will drive demanding customer engagement projects and support our clients in reaching their digital objectives.

Responsibilities

• You act as a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure consistent alignment between their business objectives and the Dynamics 365 solution throughout the engagement.
• You lead workshops with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer service, operations) and IT teams to gather and formalize requirements, map processes and design the target functional solutions.
• You act as Functional Lead and manage your activities and engagements autonomously: solution design, follow-up of developments, test management and user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, end-user training, go-live and post-go-live support.
• You advise clients on digitalizing and automating their sales, marketing and service interactions, including the integration of AI and Copilot capabilities into their customer journeys.
• You contribute actively to pre-sales activities: solution scoping, effort estimation, proposal writing, demos and prototypes.
• You work closely with the project manager, architects and developers at ELCA, including our near- and offshore development centers.
• You coach and mentor junior consultants and help them grow, and you contribute to the development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM practice in French-speaking Switzerland by sharing best practices and contributing to internal training.

Your profile

• You bring at least ten years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions in a service provider company, with a proven track record of projects delivered from pre-sales to deployment.
• You have strong analytical and communication skills, are comfortable with both business and IT stakeholders, and have a strong sense of customer service.
• You master the standard functionality of Dynamics 365 CE, with in-depth expertise in at least two of the following modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations. You know the limits of configuration and which extensions justify custom development.
• You are familiar with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). First experience with AI and Copilot in Dynamics 365 is an asset, as is integration with ERP systems.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business IT or a related field.
• Recent Microsoft certifications (for example MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, PL-200) are an asset.
• You are skilled in business analysis, workshop facilitation and acceptance testing, and you know agile delivery approaches as well as tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
