Proclinical is seeking a Senior Scientist in Biomarker Development in Switzerland to lead the development and validation of cutting‑edge soluble biomarker assays. You will work hands‑on in the lab on ELISA, MSD, NULISA, Ella, and LC‑MS platforms, and collaborate with global teams to implement innovative biomarker technologies in clinical programs.

You will transfer and monitor assay development with external providers, generate data for proof of mechanism and biology readouts, and present

Qualifications

Degree in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field.
Experience with ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD, NULISA, Ella).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCLP, ICH) relevant to biomarker development.
Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

Develop and validate soluble biomarker assays (ELISA, MSD, NULISA, Ella; LC‑MS).
Transfer, implement, and monitor biomarker assay development at external providers.
Generate and interpret biomarker data for PoC, dose selection, and biology readouts.
Present results at internal reviews; ensure timely, high‑quality data delivery.
Lead strategy and data interpretation for exploratory biomarker assays aligned with study endpoints.
