K-Recruiting Life Sciences seeks a Senior Scientist in Basel to execute exploratory biomarker strategies across the clinical pipeline. The role is hands-on, developing state-of-the-art soluble biomarker assays and driving their implementation through early development to clinical studies.

You will lead assay development (ELISA, MSD, NULISA, Ella, LC-MS), collaborate globally, and ensure data quality and timely delivery while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Biology, Immunology, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech lab environment.
• Experience with ligand-binding assays (ELISA, MSD, NULISA, Ella).
• LC-MS experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (GCLP, ICH).

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate soluble biomarker assays (ELISA, MSD, NULISA, Ella).
• Transfer, implement and monitor biomarker assays at external providers.
• Generate and interpret biomarker data for mechanism and biology endpoints.
• Ensure quality and timely data delivery from internal and outsourced activities.
• Lead assay strategy and alignment to study endpoints.
• Maintain scientific rigor, documentation, and compliance.
