Job summary

conpilot is seeking a senior, hands-on sales leader to own and build the sales organization for our AI-powered cost collaboration platform in the DACH region. You will drive outbound and inbound efforts, close deals with Swiss construction SMEs, and scale our proven sales playbook, while collaborating closely with the founders and product team.

The role emphasizes ownership, direct impact on growth, and the chance to shape the company from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
• Several years of hands-on B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Swiss construction industry experience or network is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process—from lead gen to closing.
• Win customers across the Swiss construction industry via outbound, inbound, and partnerships.
• Scale our sales playbook, build the sales organization, and turn traction into growth.
• Collaborate with founders and product team to feed customer insights into the product.
