Zusammenfassung

Sixsentix AG is seeking an experienced AI Agent Manager/Engineer to design, build and scale customer-specific AI and automation solutions. You will shape AI-enabled services across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and international markets, partnering with Success Managers and Architects to deliver end-to-end value.

You will own solution engineering, integration and deployment, translating customer needs into scalable implementations while contributing reusable capabilities for future engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Quality Engineering, software engineering or test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, pytest, REST Assured or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing reusable automation frameworks and modular software components.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, enterprise integrations and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Understanding of enterprise authentication, IAM and security concepts.
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Confidence communicating with technical client stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

Aufgaben

• Configure, calibrate and validate AI Agents for customer-specific Quality Engineering use cases.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise applications, automation frameworks and customer environments.
• Evaluate AI Agent behaviour for accuracy, consistency, reliability and execution quality.
• Design and implement orchestration flows that connect AI Agents, automation components and supporting services into reliable end-to-end workflows.
• Design, develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and technical components.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and AI Agent-based solutions.
• Build and maintain guidelines, harnesses and skills for Agent-based solutions.
• Build reusable interfaces between AI Agents, automation frameworks and enterprise systems.
• Develop technical integrations using APIs, MCPs and modern enterprise integration technologies.
