Enterprise Bot, a Zurich-based leader in GenAI and automation software, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to join a fast‑growing, global team. You will blend hands‑on technical work with strategic engagement, designing AI automation solutions and delivering impactful demos for Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable architectures, while staying current on AI automation trends and cloud technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Pre‑Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI‑automation environments (conversational AI, RPA, or cloud automation is a plus).
• Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must.
• Native‑level proficiency in German/Swiss‑German, strong English communication skills, and ability to engage across technical and business stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to design tailored AI automation solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos, POCs, and presentations to communicate technical and business value.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solution architectures.
• Provide technical validation and support during critical sales cycle phases.
