Jobgether is seeking an SEA Manager to drive paid search performance across European markets from a remote-first setup in Switzerland. You will manage Google Ads and Shopping budgets, optimize campaigns, feeds, and bidding strategies, and collaborate with market teams and partners to expand into new product categories such as home appliances and e-bikes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Performance Max, Shopping, and Search.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads optimization and bidding strategies.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center feeds and feed management platforms (Channable/Productsup).
• Analytics tools like Looker Studio or Tableau; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Structured approach to diagnose issues, test hypotheses, and validate results.
• Interest in AI, automation, and new advertising formats for efficiency.
• Excellent communication across markets and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads and Shopping performance across European accounts.
• Identify opportunities with market teams to improve performance and market share.
• Collaborate on expansion into new categories (home appliances, e-bikes).
• Translate insights into scalable account structures and playbooks.
• Develop performance reports for Supply teams and brand partners.
• Ensure operational continuity by following documentation and alerts.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with Google and Microsoft partner teams on new formats.
