Job summary

Jobgether seeks an AI Growth Manager Ads based in Switzerland to lead paid acquisition for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. You will own Meta/Google Ads strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and measurement, while building AI-powered automation and a high-volume creative engine.

You will collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, Website, and Influencer teams to expand across channels and optimize the customer journey from first touch to signup and expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven growth experience scaling paid acquisition for SaaS or subscription models.
• Advanced hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with revenue focus.
• Experience producing and testing hundreds of creatives per month with a clear workflow.
• Practical experience using AI tools and automated workflows in production environments.
• Ability to build and optimize landing pages and run independent A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end: strategy, campaigns, budgets, and optimization.
• Scale advertising investment toward $2 million annually with strong unit economics.
• Build AI-powered advertising OS to automate workflows and improve results.
• Develop a high-volume creative engine and oversee production.
• Create compelling advertising concepts grounded in customer insights.
• Expand across channels including YouTube/TikTok/Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Own landing pages and conversion funnels with independent testing.
• Ensure reliable tracking and attribution across campaigns.
• Develop granular growth strategies by geography and persona.
• Manage budgets, experiments, and scalable playbooks.
• Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, Website, Influencer teams.
• Share insights and establish accountability through measurement.
