Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid search experience in an international setting.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Data-driven with rigorous testing and commercial judgment.
• Proven ability to improve conversion rates and ROI across markets.
• Experience with media planning and forecasting.
• Experience launching paid channels beyond search.
• Ability to influence colleagues while staying close to execution.
• Experience with AI/automation, with ability to verify outputs.
• Nice to have: health tech, wearables or subscription products.

Responsabilités

• Set paid search strategy across multiple markets.
• Lead campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment.
• Measure performance against CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
• Build testing roadmap for keywords, audiences, and landing pages.
