Job summary

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join Group Marketing. You will lead paid search efforts, collaborate across brands and channels, and drive data-driven optimisation with a strong testing mindset.

You will work with diverse marketing professionals, focusing on ad product, audience and measurement strategies while contributing to the overall performance of our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent.
• 6+ years in digital channels with emphasis on Paid Search.
• Proven Google Ads track record; familiarity with SA360/DV360/CM360 is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise the Search Engine Advertising efforts for SMG brands.
• Collaborate with other digital marketing channels and cover for others when required.
• Drive performance, monitor, analyse and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities with a testing mindset.
• Challenge status quo and contribute to process and workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with brands to achieve marketing goals and implement best practices.
• Work with marketing teams on ad product & creative innovation, audience/data strategy, and measurement.
