Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Financial Controller Lead to steer budgeting, forecasting and strategic finance in a fast-growing tech environment based in Switzerland. You will partner with Product, Sales, Technology and Operations to optimize profitability and scale the business globally.

You will design robust financial models, lead executive reporting, and drive automation across planning and analysis, enabling data-driven decisions at board level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 7 years in business controlling, FP&A, strategic finance or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis skills.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with digital economics and subscription-based business models is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency; able to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with executives to provide financial guidance and drive operational excellence.
• Develop robust financial models for strategic initiatives, pricing, expansion and partnerships.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive profitability.
• Design executive dashboards and reports covering revenue, costs and cash flow.
• Support international expansion, due diligence and strategic growth initiatives.
