Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a fast-growing fintech to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager based in Switzerland. The role focuses on executive search and building commercial teams across the UK and Europe, with full ownership from intake to onboarding.

You will work with senior leaders, develop pipelines, and drive aggressive hiring timelines with autonomy and sourcing excellence in an international TA team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruitment with headhunting focus.
• Proven exec search; closing senior/C-level via direct outreach.
• Experience recruiting commercial talent across UK/Europe.
• Experience in agencies, in-house, or fintech/payments environments.
• Self-driven, autonomous, able to manage multiple searches.
• Persistent in engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder-management with senior leaders.
• Excellent candidate assessment and communication.
• English C1+; fluent Russian.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles across UK/Europe.
• Lead executive search, market mapping, direct outreach.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, events.
• Develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions and timelines.
• Present focused shortlists with evidence of fit.
• Manage offers, negotiations, onboarding through first day.
• Maintain ATS and report pipeline health.
• Share sourcing techniques with team.
• Support evolving recruitment priorities.
