Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Switzerland is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and enable business-wide capabilities. You will oversee projects from initiation to close-out, aligning with priorities and measurable outcomes.

You will engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable plans, manage risks, and drive governance, with a focus on continuous improvement in a dynamic, hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience in projects, programs, or business transformation.
• 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methods.
• Strong planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, constraints, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, process mapping, and solution definition.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation options.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to align deliveries.
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
• Support backlog management, roadmaps, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile/hybrid contexts.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across communications, marketing, digital, events, and partnerships.
• Strengthen governance and stakeholder engagement to improve PM maturity.
• Coach stakeholders and teams on effective delivery and collaboration.
