Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist to join a fully remote, international fintech team based in Switzerland. You will own merchant onboarding, configure integrations, validate APIs, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth go-live experiences.

You will collaborate with engineers and international merchants, document findings, and improve platform reliability while growing toward senior SRE/product responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 support or senior support role in fintech/payments.
• Experience with logs and monitoring to trace errors.
• Understanding of client-server, REST APIs, JSON.
• Proficient with Postman for API validation.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving with time constraints.
• Detail-oriented with production environments and credentials.
• Proactive ownership and fast learner.
• Fluent Russian and English at B2/C1 levels.
• Able to write incident reports and explain to stakeholders.
• Keen to grow toward senior SRE/product/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding by configuring integrations across PSPs and card solutions.
• Manage API access and environments for production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing JSON payloads, SQL queries, and logs.
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors across systems.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Triage issues and escalate to Engineering when needed.
• Support final technical verification and production readiness before go-live.
• Communicate findings clearly to international merchants and teams.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain documentation.
