Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in controlling with senior experience.
• Experience with finance transformation / BI is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive operating cost monitoring, analysis and optimisation across the organisation.
• Lead annual budgeting process focusing on client revenue streams and profitability.
• Prepare periodic management reports and KPI variance analyses.
• Oversee client project profitability and billing processes.
• Drive digitalization of finance, including dashboards in Power BI.
