Jobgether SRL is partnering with a banking/fintech client to hire a Program Manager based in Switzerland. This is a fully remote role overseeing strategic program delivery across multiple teams, ensuring regulatory alignment and secure, scalable digital finance solutions.

You will establish governance, budgets, roadmaps, KPIs, and executive reporting, while mentoring project managers and cross-functional leads. A seasoned leader with PM frameworks and strong stakeholder communication will thrive.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Aufgaben

• Define, implement, and oversee program governance structures including RACI matrices and steering committees.
• Align multi-project portfolios with organizational strategy to deliver measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with consistent delivery standards and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead, mentor, and support project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Establish and enforce best practices for program execution, agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
