Jobgether SRL is seeking a Pricing Lead based in Switzerland to shape pricing strategy for a fast-growing European payments business. You will own pricing model design, testing, and rollout across a high-transaction environment, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations to protect margins and drive growth.

You will build scalable pricing tools, monitor profitability across regions, and lead teams to deliver commercially sound decisions with a strong customer focus.

Formación

• Extensive pricing leadership in a high-transaction business.
• Strong payments pricing knowledge, incl. card schemes.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven with track record turning insights into action.
• Experience implementing pricing processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, and roll out new pricing models and GTM approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Ops, and Tech to seize pricing opportunities.
• Work with Finance to reflect input costs and reconciliation in models.
• Incorporate market feedback into pricing tools and offers.
• Ensure revenue, margin, and profitability are reflected in pricing.
• Maintain input pricing for key suppliers and cost components.
• Oversee card scheme and interchange cost management.
• Create scalable pricing tools for fast, accurate sales decisions.
• Establish scalable margin monitoring across regions and units.
• Lead re-pricing of existing customers for sustainability.
• Design incentive and revenue-share structures aligned with objectives.
• Use market research and financial insights to inform strategy.
• Develop processes supporting customer-centric pricing and finance.
• Lead and develop teams; promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
