Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Solutions Engineer to establish our presales function in the DACH region. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver compelling demos, and design technical solutions for deals.

You will build deep platform knowledge, create scalable demo assets, and support global deployments with security and compliance considerations. Travel for customer discovery and on-site demos is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
• Delivers standard demos aligned to discovery points with strong storytelling.
• Applies solution designs and best practices with ecosystem functions as needed.
• Identifies deal risk and escalates clearly to AE for action.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support discovery calls with the AE.
• Deliver demos that illustrate business value and credibility of Synthesia.
• Scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal.
• Develop and maintain reusable demo assets and templates.
• Travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
