• Proven BD experience in CDMO/pharma services
• Network in European GLP‑1 peptide sales
• Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus

• Develop and implement the European BD strategy to meet revenue targets
• Win new business with mid-to-large pharma and manage key client relationships
• Collaborate with technical, project management, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
