You will collaborate with account teams to design and present customer solutions within your specialization, and you will act as the main technical contact for Cortex demonstrations and PoV projects.

The role requires 6+ years in Security Operations or pre-sales, fluent English and German, and deep knowledge of SIEM/SOAR. Travel may be required for in-person meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Professional communications in English and German.
• 6+ years in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering in SIEM/SOAR.
• Experience with QRadar is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated customer-facing problem solving and strong teamwork.
• Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR; Python scripting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with account teams to develop customer solutions within your specialization.
• Present to customers as the expert at all levels in the hierarchy.
• Serve as the main technical contact for Cortex, assisting with RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead and support customer demos showcasing our value proposition.
• Scope and lead PoV projects to ensure technical win.
• Drive high validation and PoV win rates and align products to customer requirements.
• Architect solutions to strengthen customer security posture and outline use cases.
