Job summary

Transnetyx, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe, remote with residence in Belgium, Switzerland, or Austria.

You will drive growth across European research institutions and collaborate with regional teams to expand adoption of Automated Genotyping, Genetic Monitoring, and Microbiome solutions. The role requires 5–10 years of field sales experience in Life Sciences, fluent French, strong English, and the ability to travel up to 60% across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (mandatory) with strong English communication skills.
• 5–10 years of field sales experience in Life Sciences or related technical field.
• Proven success selling into the French market.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth within the services sector, owning full lifecycle from lead generation to retention.
• Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies that convert leads into high-value customers.
• Experience managing a multi-country European territory with regional growth strategies.
• Strong cross-cultural commercial skills engaging European stakeholders.
• Track record of territory planning, forecasting, and performance accountability across distributed markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or similar.
• Travel up to 60% across Europe with no visa restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic regional plan to drive revenue growth.
• Build new customer relationships and expand adoption across existing accounts.
• Promote core offerings in Automated Genotyping, Microbiome, Genetic Monitoring, and related services.
• Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Represent Transnetyx at national and European research, academic, and trade events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline records in Salesforce.
