Job summary

3Brain AG in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, is seeking a full-time UK sales representative to drive growth and market penetration in designated regions, with on-site work at HQ and travel up to 50% for conferences and meetings.

You will build relationships with research labs, universities, biotech and CROs, present products, prepare quotations, and collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to meet revenue targets. English proficiency required; biology background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biophysics, or related field.
• Deep knowledge in neurobiology and electrophysiology.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro electrophysiology techniques, incl. patch‑clamp and preferably MEA systems.
• Extroverted and strong communication and relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to travel up to 50% for conferences, meetings, demos, etc.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the assigned UK region.
• Identify and target new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Cultivate existing customers via field visits, email and phone.
• Provide business presentations and demonstrations at trade shows and events.
• Prepare quotations, tender docs, purchase docs, sales orders, contracts per company procedures.
