Qualifikationen

• Strong scientific background with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Several years of lab or technical experience in Life Sciences.
• Excellent knowledge of PCR technologies including qPCR and ddPCR.
• Good knowledge of immunology/immunohematology and related lab tech.
• First experience in sales or customer-facing commercial roles in Life Sciences.
• Ability to explain complex scientific applications to technical customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop opportunities.
• Fluent German and English are mandatory.
• French is highly desirable.
• Willing to travel; driving licence required.

Aufgaben

• Develop sales activities and identify new business across the Swiss market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Translate customer scientific needs into appropriate solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify further opportunities.
• Provide technical and scientific support during customer discussions.
• Organize and participate in meetings, demonstrations and training.
• Collaborate with internal sales, application and product specialists.
• Maintain CRM records for customers and opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and emerging needs.
• Attend seminars, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
